The distance to masjid nabawi is like 2-3 min walk. It’s close to all the popular places.

Other than the distance to places, I would not recommend this hotel. The staff are rude, pls how can you not have an iron enough for every room? We asked for an iron and they gave it to us after asking for two days (they asked for it back after like 10 minutes) they don’t give you basic hygiene care (no toothpaste/brush, slippers, barely gives any towels), and if you ask for water, coffee, tissues and toilet paper, they give you as if you didn’t pay for their services (3 ppl in our room we got 2 water bottles, 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 instant packets of coffee for 1 week)

Upsides:The reception smells very good. The room didn't have a bad smell unlike most of the hotels in Madina. The location is great. Also, the staff were very helpful. When l complained about how there weren't any slippers, water and toilet papers in my room, they provided them immediately. Check out is at 2 pm.

Downsides: The hotel only has 4 elevators. I was on a non-smoking floor but some people were smoking, as i got the smell through the AC. Check in was not possible until 4 pm, and the room wasn't that ready.

Very bad quality mattress. Not comfortable. Springs damaged. Housekeeping staff sitting in lobby and playing games but do not attend to your requests. No complimentary water bottles provided.

Cleanness of toilet , no sleepers in toilet , no enough socket on the walls , needed to remove fridge in order to use the water heater , no parking, even the receptionist didn’t help to locate nearby public parking

Bathroom was hell smelly, Aircon controller was not working, I made complaint for bathroom but they did not fix. I tried to take money back for 2nd day but they refused. They used detergent to clean corridors but not use any air freshener after use detergent. Towels worn and torn.

Close to Al_Masjed Al_nabawi about 4 minutes by walk , bus station about 5 minutes , clean , calm , A/C is so cold and can be modified , 4 elevators available and working Highly recommended hotel

I read a lot of bad comments, but the hotel exceeded my expectations

the hotel needs renovation. Smelly rooms, and unclean, speciallay toilets needs major renovation.

On arrival, receptionist informed that we are full and your booking is cancelled despite showing confirmed on booking.com

There were no towels even no tissues and in the suiet main door can not be locked there was smell all over the hotel dont know exactly what was that smell the chairs and furniture were very dirty..the good thing is location its near by and easy accessible for ladies entry in haram

No water bottle supply as the others hotels do..No tissues .supply too.no water boiler inside the roomSo many things need to be done to comfort the visitors

Best location.value for money. Rooms are just ok. Staff is overworked,tired.If you are not bothered about room size.bathroom etc then location is ideal. Give thumbs up for location.

Telephone is not working. No one pickup call. Lot of Indonesian visitors in the hotel and all the time they are smoking.No water provided at the hotel

Location is great, need some improvement in cleanliness and tvs should be fixed normally kids require it. Good room service and friendly staff

Location: is very near Haram.

Cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly.Parking: there is a basement parking in the hotel but they don't let the guests use the parking.Hotel says that Haram basement parking is just SR.1 per hour whereas its SR.1 for only 2 hours.Parking until 7 hours is SR.2 per hour and SR.3 per hour for more than 7 hours.

I, my brother and a few of our relatives had a suite together so it was easy to go and talk to them, there was a kitchen. The person that helped with our luggage was respectful, polite and understanding. They also respected wheelchair users by putting a ramp for the entry of the main hotel. Looks of the hotel are decent as well.

There weren't too many sockets.. Also, there wasn't any iron for clothes. Not to mention the fact that in the bathroom, the way to get the shampoo was extremely irritating and inadequate. Moreover, the freezer in the fridge wasn't too large. Additionally, there was an odd smell in the corridors and in the main lobby which wasn't too pleasant. There wasn't any view either
